Because we primarily provide concierge recovery therapy and medical massage services, many sessions take place directly in clients’ homes, offices, gyms, or partnered wellness facilities for a more convenient and personalized experience.

Muscles In Motion operates as a private pay, concierge wellness service and does not directly bill insurance providers.

We intentionally chose a cash-based model because it allows us to provide a higher-quality, more personalized experience without many of the limitations and red tape commonly associated with insurance-based care.

This means:

• more hands-on care,
• individualized treatment approaches,
• direct access to care without physician referrals in many cases,
• and greater flexibility to focus on what you actually need — not just what insurance dictates.

Rather than rushing through high patient volumes, our Doctors of Physical Therapy are able to spend focused time providing personalized Recovery Therapy and Medical Massage designed around your goals, lifestyle, and movement  needs.

The duration of a therapy session can vary based on your needs and the type of therapy being provided. Typically, sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing our therapists ample time to assess, treat, and educate you about your condition. The exact duration will be discussed and agreed upon during the appointment scheduling process.

The most convenient place for you! Your home or desired location. We travel to your location of request within our service area. We offer a 30-mile radius from RDU airport free of charge, with an additional fee of $2 per mile for every mile beyond this radius.
